We kindly ask all customers to review product listings carefully before completing an order, as we are generally unable to accept returns based on a change of mind.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Given the nature of our product range, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Change of mind or personal preference.
- Incorrect selection by the customer (size, colour, model, etc.).
- Products that have been opened, used, or are no longer in their original sealed condition.

3. Manufacturing Defects
We stand firmly behind the quality of every product we sell. In the event that you receive an item with a confirmed manufacturing defect, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. Upon review, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
To initiate a defect claim, please ensure the following:
- Contact us at info@cannelle.store within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Provide a clear description of the defect along with supporting photographs.
- Retain all original packaging, accessories, instruction booklets, and accompanying materials.
- A Return Reference Number will be issued by our team. Items sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
Once the return is received and assessed, we will dispatch a replacement within the timeline communicated to you at the time of the return request. Cannelle reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a product qualifies for replacement.
4. Wrong Item Delivered
While we take every precaution to ensure accurate fulfilment, if you receive an incorrect item, please flag this at the point of delivery and do not accept or use the product. Notify us immediately at info@cannelle.store, and we will arrange collection and dispatch of the correct item at no charge to you. Items that have been opened or used after delivery will not be eligible for a wrong-item exchange.
5. Refund Process
Refunds are applicable only in the following circumstances:
- The ordered product is confirmed as out of stock following order placement.
- Delivery cannot be fulfilled within the agreed-upon revised timeline.
- A manufacturing defect claim has been reviewed, and a replacement is deemed unavailable.
All approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 15 working days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or card provider. Cannelle does not bear responsibility for any additional charges or delays imposed by your financial institution.
Cash on Delivery refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Please provide your bank details to our team at the time of the refund request.
6. Warranty
All warranty periods are as stated on the respective product pages on cannelle. store. Manufacturer warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. Warranty claims will not be honoured for damage resulting from misuse, accidental damage, improper installation, or unauthorised modifications.
