Aeroduct® Insulation Fasteners (IF) offer an economical, durable, and highly reliable solution for secure duct insulation bonding. Manufactured from high-grade galvanized steel as per ASTM-A 591 standards, these hangers are built to withstand demanding thermal insulation applications in harsh environmental climates.
Available in both Self-Adhesive and Perforated Base (PIF) types, Aeroduct® fasteners incorporate a durable 28-gauge metal base combined with high-tensile 12-gauge zinc or aluminum-plated pins that are easy to bend and cut. The self-adhesive models feature high-shear double-sided tape that guarantees permanent adhesion to clean sheet metal surfaces, safeguarding air ducts against structural corrosion often caused by traditional welding methods. Each box comes fully complete with matching heavy-duty steel self-locking washers (SW washers) for immediate, hassle-free installation.
