SHIPPING POLICY
1. Shipping Destination
Cannelle currently delivers to all emirates within the United Arab Emirates. We do not offer standard international shipping at this time. International delivery is available exclusively for bulk orders, subject to prior agreement and on a case-by-case basis. Please note that certain products are not eligible for international shipping even under bulk order arrangements.
Customers interested in placing a bulk order with international delivery are welcome to contact us directly at info@cannelle.store with order details, destination country, and required quantities. Our team will review the request and respond with availability, eligibility, and a shipping quotation within 48 business hours.
2. Delivery Charges
Our delivery charges within the UAE are structured as follows:
- Orders totalling AED 150 or above: Free delivery across all UAE emirates.
- Orders below AED 150: A flat delivery charge of AED 30 applies, displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed.
Delivery charges for bulk or international orders are calculated individually based on destination, order volume, and product type. These will be communicated to you in writing prior to order confirmation.
3. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours of placement, provided items are in stock and payment has been successfully verified. Orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. Processing time is separate from delivery time and applies before dispatch.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 7 to 10 working days across the UAE. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your emirate and address accessibility. Our delivery team will contact you prior to arrival to coordinate a suitable time.
In the event of an unexpected delay beyond the stated window, our team will proactively reach out to you with a revised delivery estimate. At that point, you may choose to accept the new timeline or cancel your order for a full refund.
5. Our Delivery Team
All deliveries are handled by Cannelle’s own dedicated delivery team, allowing us to maintain direct oversight of every order from dispatch to your door. Our team is trained to handle products with care and to ensure each delivery reaches you in perfect condition.
Upon delivery, we ask that you inspect your order in the presence of our delivery representative. If you notice any damage, incorrect items, or missing contents, please raise this immediately at the point of delivery so we can resolve it without delay.
6. Failed & Missed Deliveries
Our delivery team will attempt to contact you before arriving at your address. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an unreachable customer or incorrect address, we will make one additional attempt. Should both attempts fail, the order will be held, and you will be contacted to reschedule. Cannelle reserves the right to apply a redelivery charge for repeated failed attempts caused by customer unavailability.
To avoid missed deliveries, please ensure your contact number and delivery address are accurate at the time of order. Cannelle is not liable for failed deliveries resulting from incomplete or incorrect address information provided by the customer.
7. P.O. Box Deliveries
We are currently unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a full street address, building name, flat or villa number, and emirate when placing your order to ensure smooth delivery.
8. Bulk & International Shipping Enquiries

- Full name and company name (if applicable).
- Destination country and full delivery address.
- List of products and quantities required.
- Preferred delivery timeline.
Please note that international bulk orders are subject to product eligibility, stock availability, and applicable export regulations. Cannelle reserves the right to decline international shipping requests for products that are restricted or unsuitable for export.
