1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or placing an order through cannelle.store, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms govern all transactions, interactions, and use of services provided by Cannelle. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised to discontinue use of our website and services immediately.

2. Placing an Order

All orders placed through cannelle.store are subject to product availability and acceptance. When you submit an order, you will receive an automated confirmation acknowledging receipt; however, this does not constitute a binding contract of sale. A contract is formed only once we have verified stock availability and formally confirmed dispatch.

To ensure a smooth order process, customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate personal details, including delivery address and contact information.
• Reviewing order contents thoroughly before submission.
• Ensuring the registered email address is active, as all order updates are communicated via email.

Cannelle bears no liability for delayed or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information submitted at the time of order.

3. Order Processing & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 business hours, subject to stock availability and successful payment verification. We do not offer same-day dispatch, and orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Standard delivery within the UAE is fulfilled within 7 to 10 working days. Should there be any anticipated delay beyond this window, our team will contact you promptly with a revised timeline. At that stage, you retain the right to either accept the new delivery schedule or cancel the order for a full refund.

Applicable delivery charges, if any, are displayed at checkout before payment confirmation. Tracking details will be sent to your registered email address once your order has been dispatched.

4. Payment

Cannelle currently accepts the following payment methods:

• Visa and Mastercard (debit and credit) online payment at checkout.
• Card payment upon delivery (UAE only).
• Cash on delivery (UAE only).
• Tabby: 4 interest-free instalments, with a note that it’s subject to their eligibility criteria
• Tamara : 3 interest-free instalments, same disclaimer

All transactions are processed in UAE Dirhams (AED). Customers under the age of 18 are not permitted to transact on this website. Cannelle does not trade with or provide services to countries subject to OFAC sanctions. Cardholders are responsible for retaining transaction records for their own reference.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect payment data. However, Cannelle and its partners cannot be held liable for unauthorized access resulting from malware or compromised devices on the customer’s end.

We reserve the right to decline or suspend orders in cases of outstanding payment disputes or ongoing litigation with the customer.

5. Product Information

All product images displayed on cannelle. The store is for illustrative purposes. Colours and finishes may vary slightly from actual products due to screen calibration differences and product enhancements. Product descriptions are provided in good faith and are as accurate as reasonably possible; however, they are not exhaustive representations of fitness for any particular purpose.

6. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with a transaction or these Terms, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation within 30 calendar days of written notice. Should the dispute remain unresolved, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), with proceedings conducted in English or Arabic, and the seat of arbitration being Dubai, UAE.
